Pros

I joined Nagarro in 2017 as a fresher. To me following points are the pros 1.) Work life balance 2.) As many work from home 3.) Need to complete only 5 hrs for full day attendance 4.) Flexible timings

Cons

1.) Lot of politics in the projects by upper managements. 2.) Maximum projects in Nagarro are in maintenance, so due to politics only people of higher designation gets projects which are in development phase and this gives very less opportunity for fresher to learn even if fresher is from IIT/NIT/IIIT. 3.) Their is also lot's of politics in their internal personal development program, like NAGP, if you are the favorite person of project manager/director then you can easily grow here. 4.) There is no respect of real talent in Nagarro, even if you are from Tier one college like IIT/NIT/IIIT. 5.) They allot project to freshers randomly without knowing about their interest and talent of an individual.

Pros

Had recently joined as a Technology Lead 1. Despite some other reviews slamming food, I found the food to be nice. 2. Good employee engagement activities like Happiccino 3. Good learning opportunities - like free access to pluralsight

Cons

Now coming to the cons, I feel like there is a culture here to give harsh, negative and non-constructive feedback for the candidate to TAP when declining him/her for the internal project interviews. It's perfectly fine to turn down a candidate, however it's NOT fine to provide comments which can undermine and demotivate the employee. I have heard of similar experiences from other lateral joiners. My own experience was extremely distasteful. Found the internal interview process to be HIGHLY subjective. Had approached the reviewer in order to discuss the feedback and was taken aback by the indifferent / negative attitude. The reviewer flat out refused to have a conversation over call or face to face. Instead insisted to "talk" over chat. Had never heard of a technical discussion going anywhere over a chat but still I obliged - because I had pressing concerns about some of the comments. To be fair - yes I had not showcased the perfect solution. But what was delivered as a solution was far above the standard of comments which were given. As I expected, the reviewer was misguided in some of his own concepts on basis of which he had given the feedback and when he was confronted by the valid explanation for my solution, he stopped responding.
