Better appraisals but based on certain parameters. One must be social, technically sound besides of workoholic.

Cons

If we are not indulging ourselves in extra activities like earning badges for more technologies, communication enhancement programs then it completely affects appraisals.

It is one of the best company to start your software developer career. It has good training programs for freshers as well as experienced developers. Follows good coding guidelines. Some projects are very good and have onsite opportunities. Nice cafeteria, separate zone for games. Also do lot of social awareness programs.

Cons

Some project are old and boring.
