      * Technically forward organization * On the mission to think breakthroughs for clients * Open work culture * Approachable senior management * Friendly colleagues * Flexible working hours and lots of other benefits

      * Random technology and project allocation * No system in place to judge an employee's true potential * Uneven quality of work allocation to individuals with same level of training / years of experience * Reduced appraisals since second half of 2017

      Dear colleague - thank you for reviewing us so highly here on Glassdoor. A lot of us just love this company, so it always makes our day to see a 5-star review. Regarding your disappointment with the cafeteria, this is something that we are always trying to improve - personally, whenever I eat there, I don't have a complaint with the food served. But this is such a subjective topic, that we will likely always struggle to get it perfected. But, like I said, it is something that is always under review. Best regards.

      High Salary Low Work Pressure

      Everything which should have sustain by CMM-5 company. Good work life balance. Excellent Working Culture. High Salary Superfine Way of Work

      Cons

      Paying more to no deserve candidate. Manager have key for your hike and hence managers are good for whoever they like. less skill managers , some of them do not have good comm skill and behavior. They are getting rewards just bcz of it's team work.
