      Dont join on contractual position even if on nagarro payroll

      Nothing good for contractual employees

      Cons

      1. Salary never comes on time,sometimes it takes 15 days.. 2. You have to raise invoice every month and have to take approval from managers but then also salary is deducted due to some misunderstanding and no one cares for deduction amount. 3 No one take cares of concern and queries for contractual employees.

      Pros

      Chill environment. Flexible timings. Nobody cares what you're working on. No code reviews. Write whatever and however you want to write. 5 hour rule.

      Cons

      No learning. No motivation. No ambition here. No coding standards. Here we don't even write unit tests. Company makes me depressed. Everyday is same. After couple of years you'll be good for nothing. Pays according to the college by which you graduated. No incentives.

      One gets to interact with diverse people during project discussion :)

      Cons

      * There is no structure for these project interviews (theoretically, there should be only mapping related discussion and not evaluation), but many times, some junior project guys would be taking senior employee's project interview and ask anything , many talk very rude without having any respect for the past experience that new hires are having. * The project allocation process should be closely monitored, this is making the new hires very negative and apprehensive of working in Nagarro. This is due to so many negative project discussion experience.
