Pros

If you want to learn and can suck up to your seniors, you might get your opportunities to work on some new technology

1. Worst possible HR: The Human resources department is the worst that is possible in the industry. You would be better off throwing a coin in a wishing well than raising an issue with the HR. There are no responses to those issues at all and you cannot reach them any way you want to. 2. They will find any way to cut costs. When you are flying to the client's location, the cheapest possible flight is booked for you no matter how long it takes and they'll fight over deducting even $25 from your compensation citing the reason that you'll be boarding the flight in the afternoon and won't be needing money for dinner. 3. Compensation and feedback: The compensation is hugely varied. The employee feedback is not shared with them, and the compensation appraisals are said to be done on the basis of that feedback. This is where sucking up to the directors is your only option. As you cannot know what feedback of yours is shared, you are in no position to question anyone The hike in compensation is told to you a day before you get your hiked salary (10 days after your salary is already processed), so there can be no discussion before you get the hiked salary. When the employee wants to discuss the appraisals and the feedback, many times there are no responses at all for up to 3 months in spite of several reminders. 4. The feedback seldom matter to the management. No one ever has given a good feedback of the cafeteria and no action is taken ever. The prices are on the higher side and there is no check on quality (The rice is not properly cooked 8 out of 10 days). The transport department is the same. It takes for people 2.5 to 3 hours to reach home regularly because of crazy routes defined by the transport department. The CEO keeps posting videos where he discourages driving off road so that there is no dust polluting the environment, but the company parking is complete sand and stones. Driving in a terrain is safer for you car and the environment. The feedback is shared regularly with everyone and not action is taken on them

Pros

A company where you can survive for long once you get recongized in a group being lead by a powerful rooted person of this company

Cons

Not much work to grow as a professional for experience people. Technologies like Big data, cloud, second, AI, etc. are just by chance but real work either very basic or is not happening. They don't care about your capabilities just billing matters to them. If you want to grow technically and evolve new things then this is not the good place to continue
