Pros

There are lots of it 1. The work culture is simply awesome 2. Flexible timings 3. Genuine approvals of WFHs 4. Excellent exposure to full stack technology 5. Excellent opportunities to learn new stuff if you enroll to internal programs 6. Truly non hierarchical structure 7. Higher management is very much approachable 8. Good and improved cafeteria services 9. Flexible CTC options 10. In house insurance and other policies PS : Nagarro is like a family away from family where people are friendly and caring

Cons

Well there are few but are enough to give 4 stars rather than 5 1. The most crucial factor where most of the companies either gain or get hit is the appraisal system and its amount. I am sorry to say but the appraisals in Nagarro have reduced in amount than before and its a big factor for retaining old and crucial employees. I see many of my colleagues leaving Nagarro because of this and few other factors mentioned below. This was never a case before but i see many who considered Nagarro to be a family and were with Nagarro from the start of their careers leaving the company. I just hope its not the case with me in future. 2. The internal resource management is not so optimized. The new project allocations are less based on the skill set the employee has and it becomes frustrating sometimes. 3. The most important point which i am going to make is the new feedback system for employees. It is less frequent and very less transparent (IMHO). Its a new system although and i am still not sure the impacts of it but i always believed that for employees, it should be constant course correction rather than a bi-annual feedback system and that too so less transparent. I am not sure about the end results of it. Let us see Although i wrote that Nagarro is like a family away from family but that is very much person specific and project/department dependent This is one such point on which i would rate Nagarro good only (earlier excellent).

Dear colleague, Thank you for taking the time to leave a detailed feedback about Nagarro. We are very proud of the company we work for and the company we all are building together. To see it described in this way gives me a lot of satisfaction. Let me comment a bit on the cons that you have listed. About appraisals - Nagarro runs benchmarks against the compensation levels of other companies in our industry, and it has always found itself in the upper percentiles of the pay scale - this is the case even now. There are always some colleagues who are not happy with their compensation and sometimes they look for jobs elsewhere, and that is unfortunate - we miss out on their presence, and they miss out on all the other great things about Nagarro. The resource management has been undergoing major changes in the last 8-10 months. These are all planned changes, in order to make the process faster, more automatable, and more scalable. During this, I can imagine that there are temporary inefficiencies, but these are being taken care of very rapidly. If anything, the new RM process allows the allocations to be even more skill based than before. Finally, the new feedback system is also something that is, well, 'new'. Thus, it is still being explored and transformed into whatever the final form will be. Keep a lookout, but I also encourage you to provide this feedback to HR directly. You are right to be a little perturbed about not having enough visibility into the feedback system - but our eventual goal is to make it very transparent. Once again, thanks for taking the time to provide a detailed feedback, It helps us a lot in checking how we are doing. Best regards.

Pros

The level that I applied for, the company was willing to offer me the next level role without me pushing them.

Cons

Directionless, Indecessive, Unfocused. They are not sure about what they are looking for in a candidate. I had cleared 9 rounds out of 10 Interviews including: 1 IQ ,2 Face to face & 5 Case studies for Project management and Business Analysis each after another round. Finally with the last round I had a F2F discussion with VP, based on the healthy discussion it sounded very positive. Although after 2 days something must have changed their mind and they are considering my profile for future openings (means not selected- been the case they could have done that earlier) which tells that they had no reason to put my profile aside in earlier 9 rounds(selected) and hence they arranged the last with VP.So , it looks like they are unclear about the requirements , roles and identifying the dynamic talent. Time Spent - 3-4 weeks Experience - Not good as HR and Management is unclear, hence it can take longer than expected.

This is rather troubling - that you had 9 rounds of interview and then were shooed away. Can you please be so kind to write to me directly with details at manas@.com? Thanks.
