Dear colleague - thanks for your review. I couldn't agree with you more about the pollution and traffic situation in our city - I work in the Gurgaon location as well. While we do have the Jaipur campus and hopefully have more such campuses in the future (as a growing company, this will be a natural progression that we will have to make), it is not simple to move people between the campuses. For instance, would you take the option to move to Jaipur (if yes, then do come and ask the HR team to see if an opportunity is available - a lot of people have moved from Gurgaon to Jaipur). On the other hand, being here in Gurgaon and suffering from the problems is giving us opportunities to do something about it. You may have noticed that Nagarro is very active in tackling the issues that plague our city: traffic and pollution. Once again, thanks for taking the time to leave a review.

Good Technology but Very poor management

Pros

Good technology to work on. Process adherence is good

Cons

Worst resourcing team I have ever seen. Resourcing team doesn't have any knowledge what technology employee is working on. E.g. a DBA is called for a BA position in a project requirement. Inter BU politics of resourcing team. They won't allow you to work in another BU even if there is any better opportunity. In short, they can spoil your career.

Dear colleague, We have recognised that sometimes local Resourcing gets influenced by urgent local needs over the needs of the company or the individual. Hence we are in the process of centralising and automating Resourcing completely. This will also remove all possibility of biases or favouritism. Some changes have been made already - people no longer belong to the BU but to the company. By the way, I hope the DBA whose case you mention hadn't made a typo when entering his/her skill set in the skills survey... Unfortunately these systems aren't yet intelligent enough to pick such errors, but one day will be :-) Regards, Manas

House of politicians

Pros

Nothing, they will not even give you time to learn, full of politicians,if you are good in licking, then its a best company, hard and smart work doesn't matter

Cons

Worst company for females, they will gonna screw your life whole day and night via chat groups, only way to succeed is if you are politically good, work quality is zero, they can go to any level to harass you, managers are for gossiping here. Managers don't have general ettiquates to talk to their employees, I feel pity for Nagarro CEO now.

Dear colleague, you are obviously very upset. That is distressing. Please feel free to reach out to me to discuss the topics that are bothering you. You know that many women work at Nagarro at all levels, including my wife and the wife of the head of HR, both of whom are at mid-management levels. I won't pretend that the misogyny prevalent all over the world doesn't sneak into Nagarro occasionally but I am surprised you believe it is especially bad. I've not heard this before. One woman VP (US-based) says this is the most gender-neutral company she has worked for - it still has a ways to go, she says (eg in the number of women VPs), but she doesn't feel discriminated against. You say work quality is zero. I am currently overseas on a trip visiting clients and they all say they made the right choice because of the quality of our work. We are routinely selected for our higher-end capabilities, as we aren't cheap. So I'm really puzzled. Anyway, your experience is your reality and we must fix it. Do reach out. Thanks, Manas
