TAP Project allocation via TAP is waste of time and energy in both side . Hiring people on base of skill and not Project based is the biggest problem here. Till now from the time I applied at Nagarro I have given around 15 interviews. If you are lazy and want to prepare for interviews this is best place. You have to give multiple rounds to get project each time your project changes is like yo are changing organization each time. They call it with fancy name like interaction ,project fitment etc. but in the end it is just another technical interview to satisfy ego of few members in the team who jus ask few questions make judgement on you if you can work on project or not. This is just broker organization who prepare you for interview and send you to give interviews to the client and if you could not clear ,again same thing over and over again . I rarely saw a project there where they are having whole ownership of everything.

1. Nagarro is Very popular in keeping its previous Employees at the lowest Salaries, when I say lower that's a 3.5 LPA package. Even though they are recruiting fresher at 6.5 and even 8 LPA that too for freshers. But when it comes to increasing the compensation of old employees with > 1 year Spent at Nagarro they won't Even bother and not only this if you get a competitive offer they will play diplomatic games and the HR will try to fool you as much as possible. They make not only sure that they will not increase a penny in your compensation even when holding an offer of double the current compensation amount but also make sure to put obstacles so that you can not join another organization.

Flexible for work from anywhere

Cons

Work-life balance is poor. Management is poor no one will hear you. Project allocation is very poor they can assign you any kind of project without asking your interest also you will be included in multiple projects and they will expect 100% output from all projects. Seniors always chill out you will be forced to work on all tasks. Also, they don't have a 360-degree feedback policy and only your review will go.

Hi there. You should absolutely not be working for more than the 40-50 hours a week, regardless of the number of projects you are allocated to. If this is the case, then please raise a concern with HR. Or even reach out to me directly. - Vaibhav Gadodia
