Flexi timings, really nice persons to work with. You can choose the project which you want, but still you have to be very lucky that you got what you want.

Cons

Not such a nice infrastructure, but they are giving the same through salary so no probs. Recruitment team is not so good to refer a candidate as per my opinion.

Cons

Life is hell in nagarro. They will suck every drop of your blood, usually one has to work for 12 hours a day. Seniors work from home when they not in office (in addition to 12 hours in office,24 hour customer support :D). No leaves.No job security. They can fire you if they don't have project for few months. Worst company to work for. Join only if you treat yourself as an animal.
