      Pros

      A lot of trust is given to employees, with flexible working and a company culture which allowed easy access to knowledge and support from other employees.

      Cons

      There wasn't a clear appraisal programme, and little support for personal development, career development- especially for new graduates.

      Pros

      Pleasant and engaging atmosphere, challenging environment. The company goes out of its way to make sure its employees are happy. Nokia really does its best to really do the 'right thing'.

      Cons

      The usual downsides of a large multinational company - a lot of 'corporate tools' at your disposal for a thousand different purposes. The company structure can seem opaque at first.
