Pros

You can make extra money from being oncall or work extra hours. You cam take a day off if you worked in weekends. You can work from home 2 days per week.

Cons

Those extra hours can become too many too easy and nobody cares of you’ve been working +40h this month, if one task is not done, that is what you will be reminded of.
