It also has an innovation mindset with a lot of opportunities to showcase your ideas and thoughts. Good company to work if have an entrepreneur spirit and likes to work for big companies. You can avail work from home but is not encouraged.
Cons
Work pressure is entirely dependent on your team and manager. Even though Nokia as a company encourages a good work-life balance, sometimes the team managers push the employees to work more to achieve deadlines. But you are free to reject this requests. Employee perks like parent insurance are not free.
