Pros

Benefits are slightly above the average (i.e. on leaves, HMO, optical allowance, stock discounts, etc.) "Flexi Time"-ish setup Relaxed dress code Above average pay for fresh grads. But slow pay increase.

Cons

Management doesn't understand or refuses to understand the importance of having legacy systems to have unit tests. Highly specialized field but the training and support for learning is left unto the employee. Very lenient on employees with attitude problem. Too much adherence to "SCRUM" when its not really effective cause of culture here in PH. I think the SCRUM method is developed with the Western culture in mind.
