This makes always the better lot to leave the company eventually after some time leaving behind only the lazy lot. - Although there is a well-defined structure for Internal Job Market (IJM, as mentioned in the pro's section, but, it is almost never experienced transparently. Too much of behind-the-curtain manipulation and politics done by managers for an aspiring candidate. It makes the IJM experience an event to forget for most of the candidates.
