Pros

- Great environment, work-life balance - Great community, welcomes initiatives - If you are a performer, all sorts of opportunities will be open to you - travel, trainings and roles - In our project, I can feel that I am contributing to the advancement of humanity - Using cutting edge technologies - The best benefit package I've ever encountered

- Cost-cutting (low increase, you have to be consistently performing to get satisfying increase) - Cross-site politics

- Good work culture - Work life balance (gyms, physical fitness class, e-games, party and a lot more) - High starting salary (for new hire) - Wide access to technical references (books, web and classroom training)

Cons

- Low yearly increase (new hires w/ same role even have higher rate) - Job promotions takes too long - Promotions are not compensated well enough

Low starting salary Low salary increase - only ~5% for ~3 years even though quite a performer according to manager Very hard to get OT pay - worked on weekends, holidays, Overworked, underpaid
