- Good company to start a career as it accepts people without experience easily and trusts in the learning on the job method - Easily to switch between career paths, between technical roles or even from technical to management roles - Good Health Insurance and Life Insurance paid by the company
Cons
- salary of technical roles tend to do not have any meaningful progression - you are more rewarded in terms of salary if you exit the company and you come back 1-2 years later that if you stay in the company those same years
