Flexibility, internal development through e-learnings, courses and OTJ trainnings. Very challenging projects, great amenities (modern office layouts), depending on the project and business area, home office is something very common (I usually take 3 days a week for HO). Restructuring since 2011 keeps you thinking when will be the end of the process, and if your position will be one of the "restructuring head count reduction". In some cases, and depending on your Line Manager, you could be with no project assignment, or rotating from project to project with little participation on each one, only for avoiding charge hours to "home base".
