Good employee when I started, now has become very average.
Pros
- International work culture - get a chance to work with different sites and people - Good values and lot of emphasis on everyone to follow those - Most managers support good/work life balance
Cons
- Different units/organization work in silos and do not cooperate much, Each one is interested in achieving own targets rather than looking at overall or big picture - Very frequent re-orgs and changes which create confusion in employess mind and affect morale - Below par pay or huge difference in pay even for employees with similar experience/competence - many of the policies are just on paper. and depends heavilty on the individual manager. There is no clarity on pay, internal job trasnfers and promotions and those are just situation or luck based and on the manger.
