If you are fortunate to have good line manager then things are good. you will have good growth and better learning.
Cons
Mostly teams stationed in India are headed by process heads sitting in Finland or Budapest. Workforce at lower and middle management are stationed in India. this is 70% of workforce. Senior and top management are located in Finland and Budapest. You will experience complete difference on the basis of geography. A per son much junior to you and being european will grow like anything and in 5 years he will be 3 level , vertically promoted. this is Nokias culture. Finnish management though good, still cannnot control this and trust europeans only. When you will talk about your growth , you being in India will be told about policies. Multiple times, teams in india are not given any increments. But if you are a european you will be given promotions every year and you will find yourself reporting to a line manager, who is basically much junior, but has grown on the basis of geography. However if they target you all false compliance cases will be created against you and you though being rated as top manager by your team, still you will be humiliated by India HR and senior managers sitting in Budapest. HR india is puppet of europeans, they have only one policy, to follow instructions received from europe. You will get all kind of pressures. there is clear discrimination between Europeans and asians , particulary India. they will talk about values infact They have arrogant senior management in budapest.
