Most competent technical people and excellent company benefits

Cons

R&D locations in USA are targeted for ongoing downsizing in order to transfer functions to low-cost centers in Europe and China. Job security is very tenuous.

Finally taking a broader diversity view and working to improve in that arena. Socially conscious and working to improve. Good benefits etc.

Cons

Very focused on certain locations in company and pet products and if you're not in them, you get little support and targets for downsizing. Many decisions made by slashing a line in a spreadsheet.
