      Global company, Lots of products, leader in 5G (or one of the leaders)

      Cons

      Poor marketing leaders, too political, unethical (says one thing but does another with employee base), marketing leaders don't understand marketing and tend not to listen to people who can help.

      Cons

      Terrible work environment in terms of dealing with people with mental health issues. HR and higher management was no help at all. Vindictive culture, inhumane treatment of people with emotional problems, caused largely by work stress in the first place. Unfair performance review practices and tribal cover up protection among management and HR. I was forced not to show up to work one day due to unbearable conditions artificially created for me by my direct manager and HR representative.

      There is hardly any point which can be considered as positive.

      Cons

      The job was offered because no native was interested at that time. After joining, I saw that the treatment is too biased towards the foreigners. They can't communicate in English even if the company is Finnish. Technical discussions were always held in German. No one cares whether an English speaking person is able to understand. During the coffee discussion some AfD supporters even show up and shares their views why Germany is better without the foreigners.
