      Pros

      Can learn much and make some good friends. People have good relationship and can help each others. It's happy to working there.

      Cons

      Not much opportunity in BJ site and no improvement in basic salary. Little chance to inter transfer between different country.

      HR and Sr. Management Questionable

      Pros

      Good colleagues (front line), Technically sound staff, offers decent work life balance. Mid level managers genuinely care about their teams.

      Cons

      The ethics and decision making of Sr. Management and HR are very questionable. The combination of the two companies have created more disconnects and mis trust than continuity or synergy. Lots of politics and click-ish behavior throughout all levels. Lack of success and business has amplified these issues to another level. Reversing these issues will be unlikely without a complete overhaul of Sr. and Executive level Management in my view.
