      HQ centralized, you depend on Fins to make decisions. Not a lot of empowerment. A lot of silos.

      Nokia Siemens Networks is a global, multi national company with offices in countries around the world. There are lots of opportunities to work in different areas, different cities, different countries.

      Cons

      Historically driven on a financial performance quarter by quarter it has now shifted to half by half but that is still too short a period given the long sales cycles and long development cycles inherent in this industry. Parent companies can sometimes appear impatient.
