Pros

With half a billion devices sold per year, there is no other job where you have more of a chance to change humanity. That's exciting! The benefits and company values are very good, and compensation seems quite competitive compared to the rest of the industry.

Cons

Large, European company is sometimes frustratingly slow to change. This is not a start-up, and there is some bureaucracy to navigate in order to be a successful player.

Pros

Global company in an interesting sector of tech. Huge changes to be expected in future. Big difference on cell phone today and ten years ago - HUGE difference between a cell phone in 2008 and in a 'cell phone' in 2018. Company supports out of box thinking and you are generally empowered to do what it takes to get the job done. No red tape.

Cons

In rapid changes in company you are either on main stream of communication or almost blacked out. Processes supporting the business (HR, IT,...) are based on some unflexible template what are very different to main business related processes.
