      Steady job if you're a technical person and like to keep that way. Manager path will alienate you from real work.

      Pros

      Pretty safe job in case you are a technical professional. Working time is 37,5h/week.

      Cons

      Poor salaries on sites which have relatively no competition in the same area. Technical oriented people are not appreciated as the ones who just sit in meetingrooms.

      Pros

      There is a lot of talented and driven people at Nokia, and the latest products are really amazing. Nokia has managed to pull itself back from the brink of collapse. It went from being the best to not even being a contender. The attitude of the people at Nokia changed all that, and the company is now starting to recover and look strong again.

      Cons

      Nokia has always been slow to respond to change. Whether that change has been in the economy or the ecosystem the response has always been too slow. Another major minus are the salaries. The pay is not good!

      Pros

      The work environment is very flexible, there are also work from home days that can be agreed. Salary and benefits are very competative.

      Cons

      IT has just recently been outsourced so there are limited career options here in that field. The company is still struggling with profitability so there may be future headcount reductions in the future.
