Superb products. The Lumia 900 with its Metro UI is so beautiful, and the Pureview 808 41MP camera is wondrous. Great salary, benefits, perks. Very talented and hardworking people. An illustrious corporate history.

Cons

Very competitive industry. Even though we were #1 in the industry up until a few months ago, we've gotten beaten up in the media.
