Bleeding-edge tech A lot of different options for projects to be a part of Intelligent developers with good ideas Relaxed work place Excellent facility (Chicago) complete with foosball, pool, ping pong, and gym Recognizable brand name

Cons

A lot of "shooting from the hip" going on - managers demanding features that are "a good idea" but are never used Feedback is often sub-par on projects and progress A TON of bureaucracy surrounding EVERYTHING "Agile Work Group" forcing practices upon everyone and everything A lot of time wasted in doing "Agile things" for the sake of being "Agile"

Unfortunately, Elop slowly but very effectively kills it: closure of amazing projects, lots of work force reduction, market share falls down.
