Cons
Salaries are lower than offered by other companies in Kraków Limited possibilities of competency development, no approvals for attending technical conferences There is no new things to learn except company specific stuff after working 2/3 years in projects Very poor work culture - the most important for management is to keep project deadlines which are set unrealistically (overtime / weekend work is present in almost every project, from time to time it's even obligatory), almost all projects are delayed and exit criteria are descoped to meet project KPIs / milestones Huge attrition of experienced engineers which are being replaced by working students. Low number of engineers with > 5 years of experience Complicated organizational structure (line managers, project managers, product managers, program owner managers, product owners etc) Severe structural changes ( should be called as revolutions) performed 2/3 times in a year
