Pros

Smart colleagues and interesting products

Cons

The management uses the company like a piggy bank. Not what it used to be.

Pros

Interesting technology .... That's about it.

Cons

Recruiting tries to get top level people but none of them stay long, the turnover is unbelievable. If you're thinking of working there ask the recruiter about seniority in the group/department you're going to join. Some groups have higher rates than retail. The tone at the top of the organization sets everything. No value on quality work or improving processes, just get it done. Most people I know still working there are actively looking for a new job. Senior management has no direction. Don't expect any standardization, processes, or formal procedures. All of this leads to a really depressing atmosphere. A very negative place to work.
