Pros

Still thinking about that.... None I can really, really land on. Oh! Working at home.

Cons

Degrading. I have been transcribing for 25+ years. I am absolutely astonished how badly this company treats its professionals. There is literally NO wage incentive given by Nuance. At 0.04/L editing mostly GIGO voice files, this job is dead-end depressing. Sometimes files must be retyped from beginning to end. The demand is made on the MT to work faster, harder, more accurately. I have been handed every incentive to move on, and I am. Most speech reports cannot be simply listened to. If you are looking for a good company to work for, Nuance is not in the running. Stay away, run away, do not go there.
