Pros

Nuance has a lot of great people to work with. I am always very inspired by the collaboration and dedication of the teams I get to work on. And there is no shortage of creative, smart people building amazing technology products and business solutions. The opportunity to grow is there if you are willing to go after it.

Cons

Nuance feels like a growing and maturing organization and with it come some growing pains. We could use a few more people that have been-there, and done-that to help lead the way.

Pros

The products and services at Nuance are really cutting edge whether you are talking about Healthcare, Mobility, Enterprise and Imaging Divisions. The company definitely has a start up feel even though it has been around for 15 years. Over the history of the company they have done a lot of acquisitions which has been exciting. The people are terrific to work with, smart and collaborative.

Cons

The building is being rennovated and it can be noisy, will be great once all the construction is complete.

Horrible place to work. Run, do not walk away

Pros

Work from home. Work from home.

Cons

I wish I could give less than 1 star. I wish we could all (MLS and QC) unite and just walk out en-mass. It would bring this company to it's knees. They would not be able to hire scabs off the street to do this job with no training. They could ship all work overseas, but then so be it. They would lose so many clients, maybe for once it may give upper management pause so they could worry about how they are going to pay their light bills and make rent for the month. Please.. run do not walk away from this company. They do not care about their employees. All they care about is the almighty dollar. All they foster is an atmosphere of fear and worry. You can work your 40 hours, but your pay will be docked if you have one error (you cannot be a human being here). Shame, Shame, Shame on Nuance Transcription. Please to all others, do not buy Dragon Software. Working for this company is like working in a sweat-shop.
