Pros

Company name is the only good thing.

Cons

Higher management people are uneducated. TMs and OMs are old. The do not give space to the people who are better than them. They are fixed till the company shuts down. They live in old style. They think pressurizing and making the employees fear by telling that the will remove from the company will work. I have seen people removed instantly when they were working on the floor recently . Do not rush in. Take your time. Change your career, but do not try this company. They make you slave and you will be out of options.
