Pros

The only possible pro is the ability to work at home. There is nothing else good about this company.

Cons

I would give a zero star rating if that was an option. It would take writing a book to cover the cons for this company. With their QA system, they count off if we don't put every comma and every period where they think we should, or any other type of punctuation for that matter. Because they have a grid scale for pay based on accuracy percentages and line counts and then count off for these little nit-picky things, there is no doubt in my mind that they are doing this to keep our pay at the lowest level possible. Our experience and skill level do not seem to matter to them. All this company is interested in is getting as much as they can for as little as they can. They are a poor excuse for a company.

Pros

Working from home, so work/life balance is excellent. This is the ONLY benefit.

Cons

EVERYTHING ELSE. Poor management. India gets MUCH more in benefits/perks, plus they get all the work. I worked over 6 years for them. Keep changing quality/earning metrics. Slam you for pending to quality! They make you check your own work. It was so much easier to make money when I started than when I left.

Pros

Would not have lasted as long as I did without my supervisor.

Cons

No way to make any money for the work required 99% accuracy, 5% pending, constantly switching your work with maybe 1 page of instructions, can't ask a question if unsure about new worl without having to pens having this count against you. No holidays off, unless holiday falls on your day off, so basically you work every holiday. Vacations given out in increments so you really cannot plan any vacation. No sick days so if you are sick they take away your vacation days. Constantly on you, being written up and put on a warning becomes the norm. Run away from this company, out of India.
