Pros

Ability to work remotely from anywhere. Some managers very easy to work with. Enrich program is a plus.

Cons

Benefits only fair, pay decreased, lack of communication, QA ridiculous. Loss of flexibility in jobs. Lack of communication with some managers.

Pros

I personally never run out of work. I also have a great direct manager.

Cons

Seems they are always looking for ways to require more lines per hour transcribed, but for less money. Always increasing requirements to achieve bonuses. I have been able to adjust/adapt so that I can make a living because I am uncertain if any other company in the transcription business would really be any different.
