Pros

free soda, nice work space, cafe on site, some friendly people

Cons

pathetic HR, finance support; inconsistent and discouraging communication from management; constant stream of high-anxiety work with no respite; employees are thought of as cogs to help Paul Ricci make money; constant acquisition of new companies leaves things in turmoil; the opportunity for career growth and advancement is very limited due to how management is structured (i.e. the only way for a "regular" employee to get a meaningful promotion is for someone above you to leave or die); salaries are lower than at comparable companies;

Pros

If you work in one of the technical groups, the caliber of the other employees is quite high.

Cons

The caliber of the "support" groups (HR, IT, finance, etc) is quite low. They do not see that part of their jobs is to be helpful to the other employees. policy set forth by the company are actually hostile towards employees. The company is run in a very old-school manner; the CEO would not know your name unless you are important to him in some manner. Management is not open to interacting with regular employees. every decision made by management had seemed to be based purely on finances. In addition, they're not very good at communicating to employees (even the good news).

Pros

Good company policy Good leave policy , paternity leave 84 days

Cons

1. Due to lack of planning and bad management there is resource crunch and to get the job done employees have to stretch for long hours in enterprise R&D , ND*P project. 2. Iteration has increased in enterprise R&D due bad no work life balance . Resources are working more then 10hrs most of the days. 3. Bad IT policy, during testing if there is any accident happens with the device , then you have to pay for it from your pocket, coz they don’t buy additional insurance for the testing devices. IT persons behave very rudely in Pune and your managers don’t support you on that.
