Pros

Honestly, the ability to work from home is about the only pro there is to this company but you can get that benefit from most similar companies without the significant cons.

Cons

None. Pay ok only if "in grid" which means above 99% accurate, less than 5% to QA for blanks (which recently was cut to 5% from 10%, so with that one change they knocked a lot of people off grid and therefore below minimum wage) AND more than 200 lines per hour; only if you meet all 3 requirements are you "on grid". Now, if the sound quality and voice recognition were good the majority of the time that might be ok, but it's 50% at best. Oh, one more recent change is getting a deduction on accuracy for leaving a blank that is able to be filled in by another MLS, so if you live across the country from the account you work on, you might not know (or be able to find on google) a small mom-and-pop coffee shop, but the MLS that later fills in the blank may live on the neighborhood and go there every day; ridiculous.

Pros

work from home, that is it

Cons

Pay is deducted for errors, impossible to make any money. Their pay scale is rigged. My salary was cut in half from where I was working previously.

Pros

Free coffee. They have a cafeteria.

Cons

This group I am in is not good. I came in here with 3 new people because 4 people left all around the same time (not a good sign at all). The development management is truly nuts. They are so over concerned with process nothing gets done. Very average people who think they are really smart. Come to work here and you'll spend most of your time writing design documents and going through multiple revisions.
