Broken Promises, Company Wide Commission Issues, Lack of employee growth opportunities, Stagnant tenured employees, HR is advocate of self preservation rather than employees, high turn over rate for many lines of business, lots of talking about issues but no action plans created.

Pros

Good benefits. Value talent when it is aligned with the business focus. Well organized and execution driven teams. Driven teams.

Cons

People are only valued as long as they needed for particular project. As soon as funding stops nobody cares about retaining talent. It becomes your responsibility to notice when project stop doing well and start looking around. Recruiters at the same time will be hiring from the outside when planning layoffs of the same people they need.

Pros

Good pay scale and transport facility.

Cons

Job insecurity. U.S. dominating culture. Lack of employee satisfaction and motivation. Indian management is weak to deal out with the U.S counterparts, architects and management.
