Pros

If you've entered at a good salary and good position, your salary growth may be good. Bonuses are also paid. They recently started offering 12 weeks of maternity and 2 weeks of paternity leave.

Cons

Glassdoor should have negative star ratings for work life balance. Be prepared to work like a donkey 50 + hours a week, at a minimum. Being available after hours to solve ridiculous issues should be second nature for you. Everybody is working in 20 different directions with no focus on 2-3 great initiatives. Employee flexibility is based on how good a relationship you have with your manager. So some people may be allowed to work less than 50 hours, work from home whenever they feel like, take PTO's whenever they like, but this flexibility is not offered to everyone equally. Healthcare doesn't cover even some of the state mandated benefits because they are self insured and can dictate what they want to and don't want to cover.

Pros

My direct TSMs have always been helpful and available when needed. I like the flexibility of hours.

Cons

Communication as far as what is going on with the company is vague, OOW issues all the time and pay scales are not good. No consistency in account, mine get switched all the time.

Pros

Installation of work files and general tech help is prompt and favorable, as is hiring process. Initial company learning programs seem geared mainly to inexperienced workers, but are required to be completed prior to starting actual work, but hired transcriptionists are paid for time during"training" and installation of work files.

Cons

Supervisors at do not seem responsive to the various work issues primarily audio issues which go unresolved, impacting the transcriptionists' consistent quality and production.
