Pros

Work from home, get to set your own schedule. Pay is good IF you stay "in grid." Extra time usually available. Insurance offered.

Cons

I have been there a couple years - absorbed when they bought out a smaller company. They let me set my own schedule, which was good for my account. When I got really good at my account, very good wages, they changed my primary. As soon as I start making decent money again, they've told me they are changing my primary again. Oh, and you'll have to change hours. "Business needs first." Starting to feel like an MLS can only make so much before they start messing with you. And they do dock you for blanks if someone else was able to fill it.

Despicable, unethical company

Pros

Sorry, there are absolutely none

Cons

After laying off all California employees, they started putting wanted ads out for more MTs exactly one month later. I am going to put in a complaint with the CA labor board for this and their unethical, ridiculous "patient safety pay plan" which actually encourages MTs NOT to put blanks (pay will be reduced if QA gets said blanks) -- amongst other vile practices of theirs. They have ONE and ONE only goal -- to move as much work off-shore as possible so they can make even more profit by paying the least amount they can possibly get away with.
