Pros

The only thing is work for home and flexible schedule sometimes

Cons

THE PAY. It is horrible. Benefits are ridiculous. They find any way to pay as little as possible. I have no clue what I am making every week. Damned if you do and damned if you don't. They tell you leave as few blanks as possible. Then, you get docked points if you leave a blank the QC can figure out so your paycheck is nothing. They tell you, you have to work 40 hours, but then run out of work at 30 hours and nowhere to make up the time. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. Horrible.

Pros

The only reason I gave this a 1 star (besides the fact that you couldn't give it 0 stars) is that I do like working from home and I was able (in the beginning) to kind of make my own schedule. But now, many years later, I don't think that would be possible.

Cons

Basically everything else. Horrible PTO package. Terrible insurance. Worst part is the pay. It is abysmal. You could literally go to McDonald's and make more money than you will make here. The pay grid is atrocious. Too many factors as to how much you get paid. You literally have to sit at your computer typing nonstop and meet all the other criteria to make even a marginally decent paycheck. WAYYYY too much pressure for too little pay.

Pros

Direct deposit. Pay on time. Good part-time benefits

Cons

Lack of communication. Ever-changing pay scale. Ridiculous expectations versus what we had to work with.
