Thank you for your feedback. It is unfortunate you did not enjoy your experience at Nuance. As for your comment on having no project roadmap, this is untrue, however given your situation we understand you feel this is not there. A review of the R&D organization led to the need to undertake a consolidation. The business has taken numerous quarters reviewing its geographical needs, product roadmaps and financial performance. There is an inplacement program we encourage you to utilize and partner with your Talent Acquisition Consultant. Our goal is to emplace as many individuals as possible.

Cons

Nuance has now become one of the worst companies to work with. MLS (Front line agents, doing the hard work!) of India are treated like dogs – and have been treated so since the past 3 years now. Still, people need jobs, so MLS are forcefully working for this company. But working for them is hell, they force you to work on your off days and make you work overtime – without paying you for it. You are forced to work in night shifts – without being given a night shift allowance. Each and every manger in India is so rude – they do not care about the employees. All they care about is taking home big fat salaries. Yes, top managers in Nuance India are drawing big fat salaries of over US $10, 000 per month. But the MLS – are earning less than US $140 (Rs.10,000 approx.) a monthly, take home – with the new compensation plan that nuance India launched on January 24th 2018. Thinking of working with Nuance, you must be crazy! Think it's a lie? Join Nuance and find out for yourself! You will regret it – guaranteed… ask the thousand MLS working for Nuance India right now… Even complaints to the USA counterpart is useless, they turn a deaf ear. Who will work for a company that cares not for its employees in this modern age? Even stray dogs on the roads are treated better than Nuance treats its employees.

Pros

Teaches you to become creative--how many ways can you serve Kraft macaroni and cheese, as this will be all you can afford to buy. Challenging work atmosphere--you never know what your pay is going to be. It's like a pitiful game show where there are no winners. If you like surprises, Nuance is always offering "new, exciting" changes. It will keep you from getting bored!

Cons

All of the points listed above.
