Pros

CEO retired , new CEO in place, CTO resigned , CIO resigned.

Cons

Interview process was chaotic with nobody leading the way. Interviews was on than canceled on multiple occasions This should have raised the red flags about this organization. Took the job as it was close to home. Big mistake. Lot's of employee turnover, no budgets. Management team is legacy and can't get out of its own way. Everything is slow to change

Thank you for your review. We hope you shared your interview experience with your Recruiter as you were going through the process. As for the cancelled interviews, I understand this can be frustrating but in a fast moving technology company this can happen. We have a lot of employees that have been here for 10+ years. Prior to leaving we hope you shared your frustrations with your manager or HR partner so we can improve upon the candidate experience you had here.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. New leadership in the business this directly impacted spent the last two quarters reviewing the business including its geographical footprint, product road maps and the overall financial performance. There was not a shutdown of a department but rather a consolidation of groups based on discovery of long term strategy need. HR has put in place an in-placement program which is currently running to help support these individuals. The goal is to help place internally as many individuals as possible and we encourage anyone impacted to use the resources in this program.

Thank you for your feedback on Nuance. We are glad to see you enjoy the flexibility, work-life balance and compensation. There was a shift in the product portfolio that impacted this groups jobs. Unfortunately, like many other fast moving technology companies, product portfolio will change often to keep up with the latest trends in the market. HR put together a strategic in-placement program to help support these individuals. We encourage anyone impacted to utilize this program.
