Pros
Worked at the Enterpriese R&D team in Pune. Good company, great technologies to work on. Great place if you want to play indoor games and have very little or no work to do. Managers are supercool as they are busy elsewhere rather than looking after their team. Team lunches and outings are a frequent affair as there is not much work to do.
Cons
Limited growth opportunities. Hiring too many people without having the work to do. Enterprise team has great potential but they have very few talented people. Most of the people here spend their time playing games like carrom and TT. Not sure why they have hired people who have nothing to do. When I was there, some people would come to office in the morning and head straight to play table tennis. There are very few people here who do actual work. There were many people whom I always wondered as to why and who hired them. After lunch, people put too much stress on their brain to figure out what to do as they get bored.
