Pros

Good TSM for now. Pay on time. That's it.

Cons

Too many cons to mention. Stupid pay grid. Bounce you around at their whim. Learn an account, get yanked off. I could go on and on and on...

Pros

Working from home. Able to make good money, anywhere from $18.00 an hour all the way up to $30.00 an hour (converted from pay per line) with new pay grid. Much better than any pay you will find in a hospital setting.

Cons

Put on multiple accounts, making it hard to keep account specifics straight for each account. Rarely acknowledges when you are doing a good job, only when you screw up. Post-Audit quality checks are absurd. The moment you start to get high up on the pay scale (I have made $30.00 plus an hour on a few occasions), they conveniently start pulling reports from months ago because "you didn't have enough reports to audit." Typing/Editing over 2500 lines a day and it's still not enough. No room for growth or promotion. PTO situation SUCKS!! They don't offer sick days and forget about holiday pay.

Pros

Hmm mm. Hmm mm . Thinking....Still Thinking . None.................

Cons

Now this has a big list. 1) Here only Managers are happy as they don't have to work and on top of that take good bonus, increments and work credits. 2) Manager here play a good politics which even are politicians cant do. 3) Managers keep fool their subordinates by wrong promises e.g will sent onsite, will get good increments, will help in changing projects etc. these are all false promise. 4) Managers here only think of themselves and get promotions as they wish and whenever they wish. 5) Here all managers need cabin and play politics for such a small and pity issue. I have a huge list of complains but will suggest no one to join this company. It not bad but pathetic in terms of employee motivation, increments, bonus and opportunity. I you wish to ruin your career then join it else say NO to it.
