Pros

Brilliant technology and smart people; challenging and interesting work; nice colleagues from all over the world; decent work hours with enough flexibility if you need time for the family. Pay is pretty good (no complaints there).

Cons

If they hire you (in the US at least) you might find that your colleagues are heads-down because they are afraid of the next layoff, or worried that their job will shortly be off-shored to India or the Ukraine. The new marching orders are "make yourself indispensable". But everyone knows that not everyone can be indispensable, so fear reigns, at least among the employees in the US. The CEO (Paul Ricci) is the most over-paid CEO in the land (at least in Massachusetts). Even the newest/ largest share holder, Carl Ican agrees with that assessment. So there you go: The CEO earns his outrageous pay by laying people off. You can imagine the effect that this has on morale ....

Pros

A little bit of money, flexible scheduling.

Cons

Cutting pay, increasing responsibilities, insane grid to determine pay which no one can meet requirements.

Pros

Work from home, don't have to see the managers daily

Cons

Good salary, but very high penalization. You will never get your full salary and you are not sure of your salary till the last day of month. One critical error, half of your salary is gone. Irresponsible team managers who considers their members are just machines, not humans. They will respond only if you make some errors, then within seconds they will contact you.... too much cons.. can't write everything here.
