Pros

Not Applicable!! Don not join.

Cons

Unethical company! 1. Leadership does not know what to do and how to do .. 2. If they did not have roadmap then why did they hire people in Imaging division ? They have now shutdown the imaging R&D division in affecting 50+ families.. 3 No policies, No process - Even HR does not know what’s happening in Nuance 4. Somehow, negative reviews are being deleted .. I hope this review stays !! Suggestion: There are many good companies in Pune.. please try there. If you want to screw up your career then join Nuance!

Pros

Work from home, that's all. Chained to your computer all day long really...

Cons

Pay Grid is a joke! No room for error. We are expected to work like machines. Daily minimum is 2200 edited lines a day, or 11, 000 lines a week. This is very hard to obtain with 90% ESL dictators. In order to complete this in 8 hours a day, you must consistently edit 300 lines per hour. That is nearly impossible to do when most of the dictators don't speak good English. This is complicated medical language, not children's fairy tales! 300 lines per hour CONSISTENTLY, not unless you TL is cherry picking reports for you...

Pros

You get to see what a really bad job looks like.

Cons

Everything. They quote you a rate of pay and then use formulas to decrease that rate significantly. You can be laid off at any time. There is alternately too much work or not enough - not much in between. The employee is penalized for physician dictation errors.
