Pros

Working from home. Left alone to perform job duties.

Cons

New pay structure for previous hourly QC position.. was told we could make "so much more". Went from hourly rate to pay per line. Was told that in distant past, QC was paid per line but then management changed pay to hourly rate and QC staff were "so upset" because they would be making so much less. This is about as ludicrous a statement that I have ever heard. When a pay rate is changed, it is not changed to benefit the employee, EVER. I really wanted to drink the Kool-Aid, however, my pay has dropped considerably, doing the same amount of work. Work has been consistently dropping off for the past 3 months, not sure why question if more work is being sent overseas.
