Pros

Flexible working hours, job hierarchy*, perks such as fixed offs and comp-offs, fixed salary day, no politics.

Cons

Highly professional, stricter accuracy norms, salary deductions, less salary, monopoly, no salary hike/appraisal which is really demotivating! All they want is "maximum output, minimum salary."

Pros

Cons

constantly changing TAT, constantly changing accounts, never able to really get a good hold on any of them since they are always taking away or adding accounts
