Pros

Very nice people and a large company where resources are available. The group you are placed in felt like family. Also good intern activities to get them more connected with the company

Cons

Didn't feel like I made a difference at all. Sat coding in a corner for the whole summer.

Pros

Are there any? I get paid approximately minimum wage for hell-ashious demands for turnaround and accuracy from the company and hospital account specifics that must be followed religiously or else.

Cons

Many, many! Yeah, work at home. I would rather push a broom in a factory and get paid decently. For the amount of education, care, worry, outlay in reference works this company compensates zero. It is overly hinted that the MLS is to be involved in off-hours company provided online education to "better yourself in production and accuracy." No, my time is not free and no it is not to better myself, it is soley to help Nuance Biggies make huge profits at my expense.
