Business Outlook
Pros
The compensation is good and the flexibility in hours has always been a great perk, especially with children and home lives. The company definitely is growing and usually the managers are very good and helpful.
Cons
The company values seem to be changing constantly and makes it difficult to keep up with all the changes that have occurred. It is growing extremely fast and I find this to be troubling, as it makes it difficult to feel like you have a good grasp on the business that is already there before you have to add another one.
